Syncing your schedule using an iCalendar gadget (often called an iCal feed, widget, or subscription link) allows you to automatically pull calendar data from an external platform into your preferred calendar application. Before configuring your gadget or app, you must retrieve the unique web link generated by your external schedule provider (such as a work portal, airline, school timetable, or booking site): Log into your scheduling platform.
Find the sharing options, which are usually labeled “Calendar Sync,” “Export Feed,” “iCal Feed,” or “Subscribe.”
